Daniella Newton

Daniella Newton is an aspiring Casting Director and has come to create a study in what that role means in today’s entertainment world at Middlesex University for her Master’s Degree. She’s lived in New York City for the last five years where she had the opportunity to intern with some of the city’s top casting directors and agencies such as Tara Rubin, Jim Carnahan, Roundabout Theatre Co. and the Stewart Talent Agency. She is ardently hoping to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals while being a part of the continued efforts in focusing on inclusion and potentially curating work that could translate through language barriers, developmental disorders, and other disabled communities. The opportunity to work and intern with companies in London would undoubtedly enable a broader perspective into the industry, gaining invaluable experience. Working with the team at Silver Fish marries many of these ideas together and puts them into practice.
