In my opinion, my body, my mind and everything that constitutes me is constantly changing and evolving to different stimuli. Therefore I contradict myself a lot. I like to consider myself as a childish person who is trying to be an adult, but sometimes I am the adult that does not want to abandon childhood. When I was little and I joined the theatre class I mostly improvised and created silly performances from scratch. I loved that, I felt like that was the core of our final projects and it is why my practice includes a lot of games, improvisation and exploration.
I tend to perform using mainly my body. I think it's because I tend to articulate my thoughts with movements and try to explain myself with gestures as well. Therefore, physical training practices, mime and dance give me a huge inspiration for new games to play or excercises to try.  The result can be quite comical. Indeed, I tend to create comedy moments or silly and clumsy situations that people can reflect themselves on or maybe change their perseption. I am fascinated by character creation and how a single body (and voice) can become multiple different personalities, almost like cartoons (going back to my childish perception of the world). I have multiple inspirations from practitioners such as Dario Fo, Charlie Chaplin, Mr. Bean or Sasha Baron Cohen for example. I can be a very introvert and timid individual, thus, working on courage and a bit of self esteem are daily challenges/goals for me. Failure is something I am not used to face, not because I am perfect, but because I am afraid of it; I am always trying to fight fears and understand success through failing. Organisation is key for my practice, I tend to check multiple times my schedules, timetables and calendars because I like to be, or at least feel, in control of my life. Moreover, I prefer working for collective/company works because they allow me to be in contact with different realities and learn from them
Visual art and history of art have an impact on my practice as they give me spontaneous reactions and move my reflection to places I haven explored yet.
Finally, Improvised singing and improvised music are other stimuli for play as they release inner personalities or "colours" as I like to call them.
